Dr. Ali and her entire team are exceptional: highly skilled, professional, and genuinely compassionate. From my first consultation through my final post-op visit, I always felt seen, heard, and truly cared for. I was never treated like a number; I was treated like a person. Dr. Ali explained every step of the process clearly and thoroughly, which made moving forward with surgery feel informed and confident. There were no surprises. The surgery and recovery unfolded exactly as described. Post-operatively, the level of follow-up and attentiveness was outstanding. The team does an excellent job of tracking your progress and making sure you feel supported throughout recovery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ali and her practice to anyone considering plastic surgery. The combination of surgical expertise and genuine care sets this office apart.

Dr. Ali and her team are absolutely phenomenal, i’ve had large breasts since I was 14 and it was one of my biggest insecurities, I never felt confident in anything I wore and it negatively impacted my day to day life, but everyone here showed me I wasn’t alone and this is something a lot of women deal with! Everyone was so kind and reassuring during the whole process!! 10/10

Dr. Ali and her entire team were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my breast cancer diagnosis, surgery and post surgery/follow-up appointments. I felt so comfortable at our 1st consultation with Dr. Ali really listening to my concerns/questions and taking the time to explain my options and the procedures. She is highly skilled, professional and a very caring, compassionate person who makes you feel at ease especially at a very scary and uncertain time when dealing with that diagnosis. She worked with my oncology doctor after she performed a segmental mastectomy to remove the cancer cells, Dr. Ali performed a left oncoplastic breast reduction and a right balancing breast reduction so it was quite an extensive surgery and it couldn't have gone any better. Her and her office's after care was amazing and she always made sure I was healing well and comfortable throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Ali and her team of compassionate professionals.  

I recently got a breast reduction and I highly recommend Dr. Ali and her entire team at NEPSC. Dr. Ali was very thorough going over the entire surgery and recovery process so I knew exactly what to expect. Meg, Jill, and Gillian were also very helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions whether it be in person, by phone, or through email. At the hospital, every staff member (nurses, receptionists, anesthesiologists) commented on how lucky I was to have Dr. Ali because of how wonderful she is. I already trusted her after meeting her in her office multiple times before surgery, but to hear all of her colleagues speak so highly of her was even more assuring. My surgery was almost a month ago and I could not be happier with the results. NEPSC made pre op, surgery, and recovery an easy and pleasant experience!

Dr. Ali changed my life with my mini abdominoplasty. I had recently went on a weight loss journey and had excess skin with quite a prominent apron belly. This was effecting my day to day life, exercising, and my confidence. Dr. Ali was extremely professional and charismatic throughout the entire process making sure I understood each and every step while keeping me comfortable. The surgery itself went AMAZING and the results were more than I could have ever imagined. I truly owe Dr. Ali the biggest thanks because she gave me a new lease on life and the ability to have confidence everyday!

Hard to express how pleased I am…two surgeries, 18 yrs apart! I actually first saw Dr Ali for a breast reduction back in 2006 (I went from a DD to a C) – she came highly recommended by my PCP at the time and not knowing anyone else in the field, I trusted my PCP. I still believe it was the best decision I ever made (other than having children 😊) and the results are magnificent. Dr Ali understood the emotional side just as much as the medical side and was patient and understanding and kind through it all. Fast forward to late 2024, I had been complaining to my recent PCP about the pouch on my belly from pregnancies, weight gain/loss, etc and she, too, recommended Dr Ali. A coincidence, I suppose, but knowing how pleased I was almost 20 yrs ago, I knew I had to see her again. Plastic surgery is very personal - she did not push me into a decision, but instead gave me all options, including ones that didn't include surgery. She was realistic and direct while helping me decide and answered every question I had about the surgery and recovery. Together we decided on a mini tummy tuck. And again, she understood the emotional side, knowing that my feelings were just as important as my physical health. Truly professional! Her entire office is great - super friendly staff, easy appointments/parking, great atmosphere. From the pre-op appointments to the hospital time to all post-op appointments, she and her staff could not have been better. I felt physically and emotionally cared for by everyone through the entire process. 3 months post stomach surgery and I am super pleased with the results, better than I could have ever imagined (and my breast reduction is as good as ever too)! All in all, I could not be happier and would recommend her to anyone considering plastic surgery, whether covered by insurance or not. She and her staff are amazing! With extreme gratitude, KK
